  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Due to COVID19 shipping restrictions not being lifted to all locations I DO ship to all of Europe, US, Canada and Japan. Please contact me to make sure I can ship to your location!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    FOR MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS PLEASE ALLOW 3 - 6 WEEKS PROCESSING TIME.
    For my original handmade pieces - each piece is custom made to measure, therefore I need to make your item after you order it. Because I serve many customers at a time, please allow me a few weeks to get to your order and make it for you.

    SHIPPING TIME IS NOT INCLUDED IN PROCESSING TIME.

    Processing time is just how long I need to prepare, make and pack your item. Once item is shipped, international delivery times vary:
    EU SHIPMENTS: Estimated 10 - 14 working days
    OTHER LOCATIONS: Estimated 2 - 6 weeks

    Please note I can't guarantee any shipping times or any precise delivery date, thus estimated delivery times for non-EU customers are very vague.

    Standard shipment method for all orders is TRACKED PRIORITY AIRMAIL, which provides only partial tracking.
    For a faster shipping method with FULL tracking and insurance, please contact me to arrange such shipment for you individually.

  • † RETURNS & EXCHANGES †

    → Customer has the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery, given that the item is FACTORY MADE. To know which items are factory produced, please refer to the item description. Made to order, or otherwise customized / modified items are not viable to be returned, due to being crafted precisely to the customer's specific requests and requirements. When choosing a customized piece, please shop responsibly.

    → HOW TO RETURN MY ITEM?
    Please signal within 14 days from fulfilled delivery the desire to return an item. Item must be unused / unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging (if applicable). Return address will be provided. After that the customer is responsible for mailing out the item within 30 days, using a shipping method that allows tracking. If an item is lost during transit, that return will not be reimbursed. Should the returned item meet all return policy criteria, refund will be issued via the original payment method.

    → I don't want to return my item, but can I perhaps EXCHANGE it?
    It is possible to exchange an item, similar conditions apply. The item must be factory produced or manufactured, unworn and undamaged. Please signal the desire to exchange an item via the proper channels (email), so I can determine whether the item is good to be exchanged and whether the desired item for the exchange is in stock.

  • I didn't collect my item in time / I think my package has been returned!

    Please monitor your mail closely, as not only return shipping takes incredibly long and might pose a danger to the parcel being lost in transit, but also I have to cover the back shipping for an unclaimed package being returned to me.
    In such instance the customer will be billed for back shipping and re-shipping the order.

    Orders LOST in transit due to being returned WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
    PLEASE MONITOR YOUR PACKAGE CAREFULLY after shipment, as I do not reimburse orders lost due to customer negligence. If there's a need for my assistance please signal such need immediately via proper channels.

  • Customs duties & Import charges

    Please bear in mind that you might have to pay import charges upon receiving your package. I'm NOT collecting VAT or any duties at checkout, these are left TO BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER when the item enters the destination country.
    Please do not order if you're not prepared to cover your import charges. Items returned to me from processing by the Customs Office will not be refunded.

    This includes UK buyers, who due to Brexit might be subjugated to VAT upon purchasing goods from within the EU. I'm NOT collecting VAT on your behalf - you have to submit your payment to the proper agency when collecting your package.

  • My package has been shipped to the wrong address!

    Orders are being shipped to the exact address provided with the PayPal transaction.

    Please make sure the shipping address attached to your PayPal payment is correct and up to date. USPS or any other Postal Service has no obligation to forward any mail if you don't reside under your past address anymore, nor will they be trying to figure out any incorrect digits or wrong street addresses.

    An order delivered to the wrong address, which was provided by the customer, will NOT be refunded.
    Again, I do not reimburse orders lost due to customer negligence. Please shop responsibly and provide me with most accurate shipping information to ensure smooth delivery.

    If an order gets returned due to incorrect address - same protocol applies as with any other returns, meaning the customer will be charged with back shipping.

  • How should I choose my size?

    FOR MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS - I either ask the customer to provide a specific neck measurement, or a pre-set size can be chosen from a drop down menu (if available).

    Some items require precise measurements, but for some I offer general sizing to make the checkout process easier and faster for the customer.

    The general sizes I offer for neck pieces are:
    †28 - 32 cm
    †33 - 38 cm
    †39 - 44 cm
    A perfect fit for you is the one where your actual neck size is somewhere in the middle of the given size brackets. For a 35cm neck I would recommend the 33 - 38cm size, for a 30cm neck the 28 - 32cm size and so on.

  • I'm in-between sizes / my size isn't listed! Help!

    For both in-between and custom size customers, I recommend purchasing the closest available option and leaving a comment at checkout with your precise measurements.

    If your size isn't listed, simply purchase the item and signal in the order comments that you need a different size. Please remember to provide the most correct and accurate measurements.

  • How to maintain my item?

    PLEASE STORE FLAT. Unless specified otherwise.
    Possibly outside of direct sunlight as vinyl can react to prolonged UV exposure, which can cause discoloration.
    Please also do not store items hung by a buckle or other piece of hardware; the unequal weight distribution and simply gravity might cause the piece to become deformed over time.

    Vinyl pieces should be cleaned after every wear, however a wipe with a damp towel is more than enough.
    Although vinyl is water resistant I do not recommend submerging any pieces in liquid; any retained moisture might damage the hardware and/or the fabric/ornate elements.

    Some designs are more fragile than others, please take that into account when deciding on your purchases!

  • My item is broken / damaged! Help!

    Although I do my best to pack items with upmost care (bubble wrap + box + bubbles + bubble envelope), international shipping is still a long process and I, sadly, have no control over how packages are handled.

    If due to transit any element broke of (concerning more ornate designs), I can instruct how to put it back in place. If the damage isn't severe I will advise the simplest way to conduct a repair.
    Currently a baggie of spares is also added to every purchased item, so easy DIY fixes can be performed by the customer at home. It is also possible to request a baggie of spares for past purchased items, if needed!

    For items requiring serious repairs - I offer maintenance work of such item for free. Even if damage is due to prolonged wear / usage or simply an accident, customer is free to send in an item for repair charge free. I only ask that the shipping fee to me and back be covered. Please contact me before sending in an item so I can advise what are the possibilities regarding fixing an item / what is the extent of the damage.

    I hope for my items to have a long life so I am dedicated to helping maintain their longevity! This service never expires and applies to every and all items I made.

  • Can I request lining for my item?

    Lining vinyl neck pieces in a way that would be safe, sanitary and satisfactory for long term wear isn't possible with most of my designs.

    I'm not able to offer lining for vinyl pieces that come in contact with bare skin; all my items have a bare vinyl backing that allows for easy and smooth cleaning and maintenance.

    For customers with sensitivity issues I advise to abstain from purchasing, or to consider obtaining a little fabric collar that can be worn under an item - which in the grand scheme of things would allow maintenance and washing in a much easier way, than with a lining permanently attached to a non-breathable surface.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
